How to – in English<\/h2>

INSTALL the connector<\/strong><\/p>

  1. Before Install – prepare
    • The connector will add new fields in Lead and Account modules \u200c
      • New fields: CVR number + Account Registered Capital + Registered Employees<\/li>
      • If CRM account already hase same fields in Lead and Account module, the fields labels will be added with “1” after the name. (This can not be changed after the install)<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
      • Before installation user has to ensure these fields (Label names) is not already used in Lead and Account modules
        • If they are; please re-name fields before making installation. This will secure user to know the difference and maybe merge data to the new connector field after installation.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
        • Install the connector
          • Log in to Zoho CRM as Super Admin<\/li>
          • Click the link “Install now” in the email received<\/li>
          • Decide setup permission and finish installation<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>

            USE the connector<\/strong><\/p>

            1. Create Lead or Account
              • Go to Leads or Account module and “Create new”<\/li>
              • Click button “Search CVR” to open the search<\/li>
              • Enter Company name or CVR number to search<\/li>
              • Click Create and then open the new Lead\/Account<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
              • Update Lead or Account
                • Go to a Lead or an Account “edit”<\/li>
                • Click on CVR Search Update<\/li>
                • Validate result and choose to update or cancel<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                  Hvordan – p\u00e5 dansk<\/h2>

                  HVORDAN – installation<\/strong><\/p>

                  1. Forbered f\u00f8r installation
                    • Integrationen vil oprette nye felter i 2 moduler, Lead\/Kundeemne og Account\/Konti
                      • \u200cNye felter: CVR number + Account Registered Capital + Registered Employees<\/li>
                      • Hvis der allerede er felter med samme navn\/fields label i Lead\/Kundeemne og Account\/Konti modulerne, vil der blive tilf\u00f8jet er tal efter felt navnet: “1”. (Dette kan ikke \u00e6ndres efterf\u00f8lgende)<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
                      • Bruger skal f\u00f8r installation sikre, at der ikke er felter med samme navn i forvejen.
                        • Hvis der er; Det bedste er at omd\u00f8be felt navne p\u00e5 de eksisterende felter inden installation. Dette vil sikre, at der ikke er forvirring mellem de 2 felter. Bruger kan evt. efter installation beslutte kun at bruge det nye felt og flytte evt. eksisterende data over i dette felt.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
                        • Installer integrationen
                          • Login til Zoho CRM som Super Admin<\/li>
                          • Klik p\u00e5 linket “Install now” i email<\/li>
                          • Gennemg\u00e5 setup og afslut installationen<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>

                            1. Opret Kundeemne og Konto
                              • G\u00e5 til Kundeemne eller Konto modulet og klik p\u00e5 “Opret ny”<\/li>
                              • Klik p\u00e5 knappen “Search CVR” for at \u00e5bne s\u00f8gemulighed<\/li>
                              • Skriv firmanavn eller CVR nummer for at s\u00f8ge<\/li>
                              • Klik p\u00e5 “Create” og \u00e5ben det nye Kundeemner eller Konto<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
                              • Opdater Kundeemne eller konto
                                • G\u00e5 til Kundeemne eller Konto modulet og klik p\u00e5 “Rediger”<\/li>
