Together with CRMzone, the company expanded the solution by implementing <br \/>the integration between Zoho CRM and e-conomic.\u00a0<\/p><p>The integration synchronizes customer data, products, orders, and invoices between the two systems, ensuring that both the sales and finance teams always work with the same information.\u00a0<\/p><p>When a salesperson closes a deal in Zoho CRM, a pro forma invoice can be created directly within the CRM. The invoice is then automatically synchronized to e-conomic, where the company can choose whether it should be sent directly to the customer or reviewed and approved by the finance team first.<\/p><p>Approval workflows and business rules were also implemented to ensure that changes to payment terms and other key information are handled correctly. This helps maintain both data quality and control across the organization.\u00a0<\/p><p>For BlackstoneOne, it was particularly important to support subscription management and renewals.
